there are 1 area that i can’t get rid of my fat that is my chest , i have 6 packs down my stomach and other stuff, almost every part of my body is average size. Is there a special way just to get rid of the chest fat? and gain some muscle?

1I would suggest you consult a doctor or dietician or weight trainer. Exercises pecially meant for chest area might help. Have sufficient proteins. Reduce fats, gain muscle, be balanced n fit!

2I’m trying to do the same thing. I am hitting the gym every other day focusing on my chest and biceps area. I do 3 sets of incline bench, 3 sets of decline bench for upper and lower chest, and regular bench presses along with several other chest related machines.
If you use free weights, like dumb-bells to bench, it will help build your muscle better in the area you want. Just keep at it and make sure your hitting the right chest muscle area.

3To lower body fat down man, you need to do some running 30 minutes a day 3-5 days a week! and eating right..You have to lower your body fat to see the muscle..Unless you do some heavy benchpressing to bulk it up instead.

4yea …. if u want to get rid of the chest fat just keep doing push ups that’s how i got muscles there. There are a lot of simple guides out there such as the Chest Coach System that will guide you step by step on what to do.

5well for my experience i do bout 3 to 5 sets of 10 reps or more depdnding on how tired i am around 70lbs on each side incline about 2 to 3 sets of bout 50lbs total bout 15 reps a set you can also work in strip sets in my eyes ive been able to drop a few inches on my chest but i got a little more time befroe it becomes flat honestly lift the amount ur capable of and exercise the area u want the fat to deminish i try to hit the gym 3 times a week and i try to have a protien shake with about 30 grams of protien the brand i prefer is muscle milk

6push ups about 50 in morning and 50 before bed.
